Slow cooking provides both activities in the kitchen and a sense of peace in your environment. You'll discover tastes and tricks for a complete food education. Slow Cooking means feeling at home in our kitchen talking about food, history, nature, and humanity until we better understand our roots, and sit down together to enjoy an appetizing and convivial meal. It is a fun collaboration with our chefs to learn Umbrian recipes that go hand in hand with the seasons, involving gardens and local markets. Even our ancestors did this, and they succeeded in coming up with new recipes that are both healthy and tasty. They made variations using the same few ingredients and learned to recycle and reuse leftovers to create new dishes. Slow Cooking is more than cooking with the oven, pots and pans. It means visits to agricultural companies that provide our food, cooking laboratories, tastings, historical and art-related trips and experiencing the local markets.
