I cittadini di Perscomaggiore, antico borgo di montagna, si rimboccano le maniche e con l'aiuto di esperti stanno costruendo sette casette che dovranno essere pronte prima del freddo, attraverso un progetto economico, ecologico e rapido da realizzare. Hanno però bisogno di realizzare 150,000 euro per portare a termine tutto il lavoro completo e dunque hanno bisogno di tutto il nostro aiuto.

Happycooking teachers come to the rental and provide the material and the ingredients for the cooking class. They are bilingual. The menu includes Umbrian and Italian dishes and it is offered a basic technique of Italian Cooking and Umbrian/Tuscany homecooking traditions.

Connections with history and culture are offered. All fresh, local and typical products are used. The guests prepare a meal that can be eaten at the end. A selection of wines is included. The lesson lasts 3 hours ca.

The activities can be matched differently, picking up and book the ones that interest more.

Long weekends and one day cooking are suggested for these tours and cooking class. The cooking class takes place in umbrian homes, most of them situated in the country a few minutes from the centre of Perugia, Lago Trasimeno, Umbertide. As well, they can be organized at a villa rental kitchen.
